HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIF – This CVS/Pharmacy is now in service at the intersection of Beach and Warner, Huntington Beach, California. KZ Companies worked very tightly with the city on this project to coordinate our efforts to design in strict conformance to new regulations. “We definitely hit a home run on this one,” said Pat Cowan, KZ’s Director of Construction; the outcome was absolutely worth the hard work.
WAILUKU, HAWAII – The project is now in service and is located at the intersection of Kuikahi Dr & Waiale Rd, Wailuku, HI. The construction of this Long’s Drugs marks the only grocery-drug anchored commercial project in the greater Wailuku region. Nearby residents are pleased that the store is now in service because completion of this Long’s Drugs provides new and convenient alternative for basic shopping needs. This project could not have been a success without the partnership of Stanford Carr, the master developer of the Kehalani Village Center.
MILILANI, HAWAII – KZ Companies completed construction on a ground up development of a 22,000 square feet Longs Drugs at the NWC of Meheula Parkway & Ainamakua Drive, Mililani Hawaii. This Longs Drugs store marks the 50th Longs Drugs in the State of Hawaii.
WAIMEA, HAWAII – This project is a Long’s Drugs relocation of an existing Long’s Drugs apothecary to a prototypical 23,008 s.f building on 2.29 acres of land. We are happy to be moving forward with this project and have designed innovative building and site engineering solutions to get this project off the ground. We are anticipating it to be in service by the summer of 2013.
