HAUULA, HAWAII – The subject site is located in Hauula on the windward side of Oahu between the North Shore and Kaneohe. It lies within an existing Tamura’s Market anchored shopping center, a prominent local grocer. KZ Companies will be extensively remodeling the existing building into a 26,500 SF Longs Drugs. KZ Companies is anticipating a grand opening in the fall of 2013.

WAIMEA, HAWAII – KZ Companies has completed construction on a 23,008-square-foot Long’s Drugs in Waimea on behalf of CVS/pharmacy. The $10.3-million store was built on two land parcels totaling 2.27 acres. They are located at 65-1271 Kawaihae Road. The full-service pharmacy will replace a smaller, 1,424-square-foot Long’s Drugs that is located in an adjacent center. The store is expected to serve nearly 15,000 residents on the Big Island’s north Kohala upcountry coast. This is the ninth new Long’s Drugs that KZ Companies has completed in Hawaii in the past six years.

KZ Companies started construction of a brand new 20,114 SF Long’s Drugs store at the intersection of King & Young Street in the neighborhood of Makiki in Honolulu, Hawaii. This exciting project is in one of the busiest neighborhood in Honolulu, both from a traffic and diverse commercial activity perspective. We anticipate an in service date in the summer of 2014.
